Our Philosophy

In a world of high flux:
personal centeredness may be lost
family connections severed
geographical roots torn up
community fractured.

In such a high flux
spiritual crises emerge.

Work can be a vital part:
of personal centeredness
of family connections
of geographical roots
of community.

People Need Work.

People need their time and energy
commitments (work):
to be connected to wider social purpose
to feel deep individual fulillment
to have commitments
to experience meaning in what they do.

If these needs are not tended to, a spiritual crisis emerges.
